**Clear skies and light northerly winds are supporting a typical early-fall overnight low near 52–54°F in Seattle on September 17, 2026, aligning with the market’s leading 54–55°F outcome at 53% implied probability.** National Weather Service and model guidance show radiational cooling under high pressure with minimal cloud cover and dew points in the low 50s, producing minimum temperatures consistent with the September climatological average of ~53°F at Sea-Tac. Recent observations (lows of 52–54°F on the prior two nights) and current model runs reinforce this range, while the 26% probability assigned to 45°F or below reflects the low historical likelihood of strong cold-air advection this early in the season. Higher bins (64°F+) capture residual uncertainty around measurement timing or localized urban heat effects but remain secondary given the consensus forecast. Updated NWS briefings and any overnight model revisions will be the key near-term drivers for traders.
