The absence of an official UFC booking for Charles Oliveira since his March 2026 unanimous decision win over Max Holloway has kept multiple lightweight contenders tightly bunched in trader consensus. Benoît Saint Denis holds a slight edge over Justin Gaethje due to comparable rankings proximity and stylistic clashes that highlight Oliveira’s submission threat against BSD’s striking power and Gaethje’s wrestling pressure. Paddy Pimblett’s recent first-round submission of Saint Denis at UFC 329 adds momentum for the rising contender, while lower options like Arman Tsarukyan reflect unresolved past interest. This narrow spread underscores the division’s depth and the wisdom of crowds pricing realistic paths without confirmed news through mid-August.
