Coinbase Global (COIN) shares have traded near $194–$195 following an 11–12% surge on September 18, driven by Bitcoin clearing $80,000 amid renewed ETF inflows and fresh SEC and CFTC regulatory steps on tokenized equities and crypto markets. These actions provided a partial offset to the Senate’s September 15 rejection of the CLARITY Act, which had pressured the stock lower earlier in the week. With Bitcoin holding above $80,000 into September 21 and mean analyst price targets clustered near $202, trader attention centers on sustained crypto risk appetite, trading volumes, and any further policy signals that could influence near-term equity performance.
