The contest for House control amid Democratic opposition energy to the Trump administration and a closely divided chamber is sustaining trader expectations for turnout clustered in the 115-125 million range. Primary and special election participation has run above recent midterm benchmarks in multiple states, with Democratic voters showing particular mobilization even in Republican-leaning districts, while expanded mail and early voting options continue to lift the structural floor for participation compared with pre-2020 cycles. Population growth, added eligible voters from younger cohorts, and nationalized messaging on economic and policy issues further support mid-to-high 100 million totals, though lower enthusiasm on either side or weaker mobilization in safe districts could pull results toward the lower bins. Historical House midterm totals near 108 million in 2022 provide the baseline, with current pricing reflecting these catalysts keeping the leading outcomes tightly matched.
