Recent National Weather Service and model guidance points to overnight lows in Miami hovering near 80–82°F on August 29, driven by persistent easterly flow, high dew points in the upper 70s, and limited nocturnal radiative cooling under partly cloudy skies with scattered showers. These conditions sustain elevated minimum temperatures typical of late-summer subtropical regimes, where humidity and cloud cover suppress drops below the low 80s. Trader emphasis on the 78–81°F range reflects consensus across NHC and local forecasts for modest overnight cooling without a frontal passage, while lower-probability bins account for possible heavier rain enhancing evaporative cooling or minor model spread. Official Miami International Airport observations will resolve the market.
