Greg Landsman, the Democratic incumbent in Ohio’s 1st Congressional District, holds a strong position in the November 2026 general election against Republican nominee Eric Conroy. The district, redrawn in late 2025 to incorporate more conservative areas of Hamilton County and Clinton County, shifted slightly rightward but remains rated Lean Democratic by major forecasters. Landsman secured his primary nomination comfortably in May, while Conroy advanced after receiving an endorsement from former President Trump. Recent August polling shows Landsman leading or tied in head-to-head matchups. Traders’ consensus, reflected in current market pricing, attributes the incumbent’s advantage to established name recognition, fundraising edge, and the district’s underlying Democratic lean despite the map changes. The general election is scheduled for November 3.
