Recent National Weather Service and local model guidance for Denver on September 9 points to a daytime high in the low-to-mid 80s°F under mostly sunny skies with easterly winds and low precipitation chances, following several days of upper-80s to low-90s readings earlier in the month. This forecast consensus, shaped by high-pressure building and limited moisture return, narrows the range of plausible outcomes and explains why trader-implied probabilities cluster tightly around the 82–85°F bins. Minor model differences in cloud cover or wind timing introduce the observed spread between those leading intervals, while historical September variability and the short forecast horizon keep lower-probability tails active until final observational data confirm the peak.
