**Recent forecasts from NOAA and local models indicate overnight lows in Seattle on August 29, 2026, will likely settle in the mid-50s°F, aligning with the historical average low of 55.7°F at Sea-Tac Airport.** Cloud cover, light winds, and possible morning rain or showers from a passing system are limiting radiative cooling, while the moderating influence of Puget Sound and the marine layer prevents sharper drops typical of inland areas. Trader sentiment, reflected in the leading probabilities for 54-55°F (43.5%) and 56-57°F (29.0%), centers on these typical late-summer conditions without strong high-pressure dominance or clear skies that could push minima lower. Updated model runs showing persistent moisture and light southerly flow reinforce the narrow range around the forecast low, with minimal upside for extremes given the current synoptic setup.
