Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Japan Meteorological Agency ensemble forecasts and regional models project a Tokyo minimum temperature of 24°C on August 13, 2026, driven by persistent cloud cover, scattered showers, and northeasterly flow that limits nocturnal radiative cooling under typical late-summer humidity levels near 80%. This aligns with climatological baselines for the period, where overnight lows average 23–25°C amid suppressed diurnal ranges. Market-implied odds reflect this strong consensus from official guidance. Clearer skies or an unexpected shift in steering patterns could allow greater cooling and push the low below 24°C, though current observations show limited likelihood of such deviations before resolution.
