OpenAI’s confidential SEC filing in June 2026 and its latest private valuation near $852 billion establish the baseline for IPO pricing expectations, with reports highlighting ambitions for a $1 trillion or higher public market cap driven by rapid revenue expansion to roughly $2 billion monthly and enterprise adoption exceeding 40 percent of sales. Strong AI demand, ChatGPT subscription growth, and comparisons to peers like Anthropic underpin trader focus on whether post-IPO shares clear elevated thresholds amid competition and ongoing losses. Macro conditions, including Treasury yields and Nasdaq sentiment, alongside any shift in listing timing from late 2026 toward 2027, remain key variables that could influence final market cap outcomes.

Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.
In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on OpenAI's first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.
