Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts indicate a high near 92°F for Denver on September 5, supported by mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions, light easterly winds shifting northwest, and minimal afternoon convection that limits cooling. This places the outcome near the upper end of the September climatological average of 83°F while remaining well below historical extremes like the 101°F record. Trader sentiment clusters tightly around the 90–93°F range because short-range model consensus shows limited spread in maximum temperatures, with small differences in cloud cover, dewpoint recovery, or timing of any weak disturbance potentially shifting the peak by 1–2°F. Updated NWS guidance and observational trends over the next 48 hours will refine resolution between the leading bins.
