The Reservists–New Economic Party alliance, formed in early September 2026 after Yoaz Hendel’s Reservists split from a prior pact and joined Yaron Zelekha’s list, continues to poll near Israel’s 3.25% electoral threshold ahead of the October 27 Knesset vote. Recent surveys from mid-September show inconsistent results, with the joint list often landing between roughly 2% and 4% depending on the pollster, reflecting fragmented support among reservists whose votes remain split across larger centrist and right-leaning parties. Key factors sustaining the tight market include the alliance’s limited time to consolidate messaging on universal military service, cost-of-living reforms, and post-October 7 accountability, alongside variable turnout among its core constituencies. A High Court ruling earlier in September restricting real-time voter reporting at polling stations has further complicated small-party mobilization efforts. These dynamics keep probabilities clustered around the 2.75–3.25% range while leaving room for modest shifts from late campaign events or turnout surges.
