Recent polling in the open 2026 Georgia gubernatorial race shows Democratic nominee Keisha Lance Bottoms leading Republican nominee Rick Jackson by margins of 4–7 points, with small shares of undecided voters. After both parties completed their primaries—including a June Republican runoff won by businessman Rick Jackson—the contest has consolidated into a two-candidate general election on November 3. Georgia election rules require a majority for an outright win; absent a substantial third-party or write-in presence, the current survey spreads make it likely the leader exceeds 50 percent once undecideds and leaners are allocated. Trader pricing at 93.5 percent for an outright first-round winner reflects this structural dynamic and the limited scope for vote fragmentation in the final weeks.
