**Current forecasts from multiple models (including GFS-based sources) indicate a minimum temperature near 27–28°C for September 6 in Singapore, consistent with the market's leading implied probability on 28°C.** Typical September overnight lows in this equatorial climate range 25–27°C under prevailing southeast trade winds and high humidity, with minimal day-to-day variability absent major disturbances. Recent observations and model runs show stable conditions: partly cloudy skies, light winds (5–8 m/s SE), and no significant cooling from cloud cover or rain. Highs are projected around 32–33°C, supporting a diurnal range that points to an overnight minimum in the upper 20s °C. Historical climatology reinforces this baseline, with rare excursions below 25°C or above 29°C in early September. Model consensus remains tight with low uncertainty for the next 24–48 hours; any shift would require unexpected changes in steering flow or increased convection, which current guidance does not support. Traders appear to be weighting the most probable outcome (27–28°C) while assigning meaningful probability to cooler outliers given occasional model spread in tropical environments.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=wsss
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
