Forecast consensus from models such as GFS points to a maximum of 27°C in Tokyo on September 13 under mostly cloudy skies with light southerly flow and minimal precipitation. This positions 27°C as the leading outcome, followed by 26°C and 28°C, as cloud cover limits daytime heating while mild maritime air prevents sharper cooling or rapid warming. Recent overnight rain on September 12 has cleared, leaving stable conditions without strong frontal systems or clear-sky insolation that could push temperatures higher. Traders appear to weigh these factors against typical early-September variability, where afternoon peaks can shift by 1–2°C depending on exact cloud timing and wind shifts, supporting the current market distribution.
