Persistent summer monsoon moisture and urban heat-island effects elevate baseline readings, while variable cloud cover and convective timing introduce the key uncertainty separating the tightly bunched 34 °C, 35 °C, and 36 °C outcomes. Recent seasonal guidance for a hotter-than-average July after a wet June reinforces this range, with only modest model spread expected to narrow as the 48-hour forecast window tightens.
