SpaceX's IPO priced at $135 per share on June 11, 2026, for a roughly $1.75 trillion valuation amid heavy oversubscription and over $70 billion in retail orders, fueling a strong first-day open at $150 and subsequent gains to around $161 by close. This momentum, tied to Starlink growth, planned space-based AI data centers, and broad institutional appetite, supports the 56.5% implied probability that shares open higher on the second trading day. High multiples near 94 times trailing sales introduce valuation sensitivity, while after-hours activity and potential profit-taking after the record debut add near-term uncertainty. Traders are monitoring broader Nasdaq sentiment and any early analyst commentary ahead of full-week trading patterns.
