Forecast models and National Weather Service guidance currently favor a daily maximum near 87°F in Denver on September 8, driven by partly to mostly sunny skies, light easterly winds, and only isolated afternoon thunderstorm chances that may briefly limit surface heating. This places the 86–87°F bin as the leading outcome at 46.5% implied probability, consistent with climatological norms near 82°F but elevated by the warmer-than-average early September pattern observed so far. Lower bins around 84–85°F reflect uncertainty from potential cloud cover or earlier convection, while the modest 14.5% on 88–89°F accounts for any model spread or delayed storm development. Official high-temperature verification at Denver International Airport will resolve the market.
