National Weather Service forecasts and supporting models indicate a marine layer with morning low clouds and fog clearing to partly cloudy conditions on September 20, supporting highs centered in the upper 70s to low 80s across Los Angeles. This consensus, consistent across recent model runs and agency briefings, positions the 76-77°F bin as the leading outcome at 48% implied probability, with nearby 74-75°F and 78-79°F ranges capturing remaining uncertainty in exact peak readings. Southwest winds around 15 mph in the afternoon and seasonal norms near 76°F further reinforce expectations of moderate temperatures without significant warming or cooling shifts ahead of resolution.
