Recent forecasts from the National Weather Service and other models indicate a minimum temperature in Miami on September 9 likely between 75°F and 82°F amid typical early September conditions of high humidity, easterly flow, and scattered showers that limit overnight radiative cooling. This positions the 78–81°F range as the market focus, with the tight split between 78–79°F and 80–81°F reflecting model spread on cloud cover and wind speed that could allow slightly more or less cooling than the historical average low near 77°F. Persistent moisture from the Atlantic and absence of any frontal passage keep overnight lows well above cooler climatological outliers, while afternoon convection may briefly suppress readings near dawn. Updated model runs and evening observations on September 8 will provide the next key inputs for traders assessing the final minimum.
