The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=katl This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button. In the event which there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent National Weather Service and private model runs show Atlanta under strengthening high pressure, with mostly sunny skies and light easterly flow expected to drive daytime heating on September 2. This setup favors a mid- to upper-90s high, consistent with the market’s leading 96–97 °F and 98–99 °F bins, as subsidence suppresses clouds and maximizes solar insolation while a warm, humid air mass remains in place. Latest guidance from Peachtree City places the official high near 95 °F, with some ensembles reaching 97 °F before any afternoon mixing or slight cooling. Low rain chances (under 20 %) and stable steering patterns reduce the likelihood of significant cooling, keeping trader focus on the narrow 94–99 °F window ahead of the next model update cycle.
