Forecast models from the National Weather Service and other sources indicate a high near 100°F for Dallas on September 10, with mostly sunny skies, light southerly flow, and only a 20-30% chance of afternoon showers or thunderstorms that are unlikely to suppress peak readings. This aligns with the market's leading 98-99°F bin at 47.5% implied probability, followed by 100-101°F, as above-normal warmth persists amid a broader late-summer pattern featuring elevated dew points and heat indices above 105°F. Recent days have seen highs of 99-102°F, supporting trader consensus around 98-101°F while historical September averages near 91°F underscore the anomaly. Updated model runs and any overnight convective development could refine the exact maximum before resolution.
