Recent forecasts from the Finnish Meteorological Institute, Foreca, and Yr.no converge on a daytime high near 16°C for Helsinki on September 21, driven by a shift to northerly winds and partial afternoon clearing after overnight showers. This aligns with late-September climatology, where average highs hover around 14–16°C, and supports the market's leading 16°C outcome at 44.5% implied probability. Model runs show limited warming potential due to modest insolation and residual cloud cover, keeping 17°C (30%) plausible only with stronger clearing while capping upside at 18°C or higher (under 5% combined). Traders appear to weigh these consensus model outputs and historical analogs heavily ahead of final observations.
