**Trader consensus heavily favors a daily maximum of 33°C (72% implied probability) or 34°C (25%) in Taipei on September 20, 2026, with only minimal odds on 35°C+ or lower values.** This reflects current forecast guidance and typical late-September conditions under northeast monsoon flow. Official Central Weather Administration (CWA) and multiple models project a daytime high near 30–33°C, with partly cloudy skies, light to moderate northeasterly winds, and low precipitation chances keeping temperatures from spiking higher. Recent days have seen similar maxima around 29–32°C, consistent with climatological norms for Taipei in mid-to-late September (historical September highs often peak in the low-30s°C range). No significant warm-air advection, clear-sky solar heating anomalies, or typhoon influences are present—the distant Tropical Storm Dujuan poses no direct impact. Model consensus and real-time observations (current readings in the low-30s°C with modest dew points) support the narrow 33–34°C window as the most probable outcome, while the low odds on extremes acknowledge the limited potential for deviations from the steering pattern or localized heating. Updated CWA guidance or station readings later in the day will determine final resolution.
