Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a mild spring night for Cape Town on September 22, with projected minimum temperatures clustering around 16–18°C under partly cloudy skies and light variable winds. This positioning reflects the influence of a warming seasonal trend, with the Benguela Current moderating coastal lows while potential berg wind episodes or Atlantic frontal passages introduce variability that could push overnight readings below 13°C or hold them above 20°C. Historical September minima average near 11–12°C, yet current high-pressure dominance and limited moisture support the market's near-even split between colder and warmer outcomes ahead of updated model runs.
