Latest forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and ensemble models show a maximum of 24–25°C in Incheon on September 13 under mostly cloudy skies, light westerly winds, and minimal precipitation risk, positioning these as the clear market leaders. Persistent high pressure and modest onshore flow are limiting daytime heating to near or slightly below the September climatological average of roughly 26°C. Model consensus remains tight with little spread, though a modest westward shift in steering could allow brief clearing and a 26°C reading. Traders are weighting the official 25°C guidance most heavily while assigning smaller probabilities to 24°C or 26°C outcomes. Updated KMA briefings and next model runs tomorrow morning will provide the final data ahead of market resolution.
