Current meteorological forecasts for Cape Town on September 14 indicate a maximum temperature near 18°C as the most probable outcome, driven by widespread cloud cover, light northerly winds, and scattered showers that limit daytime heating. This aligns with September climatology, where average highs reach about 18–19°C amid transitional spring conditions. Model consensus shows modest spread due to uncertainty in exact precipitation timing and any brief clearing, supporting the market's dispersed probabilities across 17–19°C while downweighting extremes. Updated runs from agencies such as the South African Weather Service will provide key refinements ahead of resolution.
