Official Met Office forecasts for London on September 8 project a daytime high near 22°C and overnight minimum of 12°C amid cooler, unsettled conditions with showers, strengthening westerly winds, and increased cloud cover following warmer southerly flow earlier in the week. Model consensus from GFS and similar guidance supports minimum temperatures in the 12–15°C range, aligning with the 1991–2020 climatological average low of 12.1°C for the date while reflecting the shift to more typical autumnal patterns. Trader-implied odds favor 14–16°C outcomes as the most probable, given limited model spread and proximity to resolution, though slight revisions in steering patterns or cloud breaks could adjust the final recorded minimum.
