Olympiacos Piraeus sits slightly behind despite an undefeated regular-season record and dominant scoring margin. Recent playoff quarterfinal results have shown strong defensive efforts and balanced scoring from the mid-tier sides, while head-to-head splits and home-court advantages have prevented any single team from pulling clear. These factors sustain the competitive balance reflected in current market pricing.
