Cleveland Guardians lead trader consensus at 36.5% implied probability to win the 2026 AL Central, bolstered by their 24-21 record atop the division standings and recent momentum including a sweep of the Angels highlighted by Angel Martínez's leadoff homer on May 13, plus bullpen trust in offseason signee Shawn Armstrong amid high-leverage reliability. Detroit Tigers follow at 27.5% despite a 19-24 mark, reflecting their star-laden rotation anchored by Tarik Skubal and prospect depth offsetting early injuries and a nightmare start. Kansas City Royals (20.5%) and Minnesota Twins (11.6%) trail at 19-24 each, hampered by pitching ailments and subpar form, while Chicago White Sox (6.5%) hover at 21-21 but face roster limitations signaling regression in projections. Tight division race underscores rest-of-season schedule strength and health as pivotal.
