This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed fighter becomes champion of any UFC division between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Only official UFC division champions will count. Interim champions will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Multiple weight classes have seen title changes or new champions in 2026 amid frequent instability and upsets.** Justin Gaethje captured the lightweight title in June via a fourth-round TKO over Ilia Topuria at UFC Freedom 250, while Ciryl Gane was elevated to undisputed heavyweight champion in mid-September after Tom Aspinall vacated due to ongoing eye complications from prior injuries.
