Recent reporting from February 2026 revealed that Jeffrey Epstein maintained at least six storage units across Florida and New York from 2003 until his death, with financial records and private investigator communications showing items like computers and media moved there ahead of earlier searches. U.S. Department of Justice document releases in January 2026 and subsequent court proceedings have centered on file disclosures and redactions rather than new physical searches. No official statements, warrants, or agency actions indicate planned raids on these units through the remainder of 2026, supporting trader consensus that such an event is unlikely. Ongoing litigation over Epstein files continues without reference to storage facility operations.
