Recent official forecasts and model guidance from agencies like the Japan Meteorological Agency point to a maximum temperature of 25–26°C in Tokyo on September 19, driven by persistent cloud cover, light rain or drizzle, and northerly winds that limit daytime heating. Morning observations near 23°C under overcast skies, combined with high humidity and a 60%+ chance of precipitation, align with historical September baselines moderated by this frontal pattern rather than typical clear-sky highs near 28°C. These conditions position 25°C as the consensus outcome among traders, with nearby 24°C and 26°C reflecting minor forecast spreads and resolution thresholds, while lower probabilities for extremes capture residual model uncertainty ahead of final afternoon readings.
