Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private providers converge on a Sunday night low of 78–79°F for Miami, consistent with the market’s highest-implied-probability bin. Persistent high humidity, southeasterly flow, and afternoon thunderstorm activity keep overnight temperatures from dropping further, while typical early-September climatology (average low near 77°F) provides little basis for extremes. Recent observations show overnight lows in the upper 70s amid similar moist, unstable conditions, with no incoming cold front or tropical system expected to alter the pattern before resolution. Traders therefore assign the strongest odds to the narrow 78–79°F range, reflecting both model consensus and the narrow historical distribution of September nocturnal temperatures in South Florida.
