**Official observations from the National Weather Service confirm a minimum temperature of 61°F at San Francisco International Airport on September 8, 2026, at 5:45 a.m. local time—five degrees above the 1991–2020 normal of 56°F.** This reading, recorded under hazy conditions with light winds and no precipitation, aligns directly with the market's dominant 60–61°F outcome at 95.5% implied probability. Trader consensus reflects the authoritative climatological report from the primary station used for resolution, consistent with surrounding daily highs near 87°F and the absence of any cooler coastal or urban microclimate signals in preliminary data. The only realistic challenges would involve a late data revision or use of an alternate station showing a lower value, though historical patterns and model agreement make significant downward adjustments unlikely before final certification.
