Recent forecasts from models including those referenced by meteorological services indicate a high near 28–29°C in Ankara on September 4 under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, light northeasterly winds, and minimal precipitation risk, supporting the near-even market-implied odds between those two outcomes. Ankara’s continental climate features rapid daytime warming under high pressure, with peak temperatures typically occurring mid-afternoon; subtle differences in cloud cover or boundary-layer mixing can shift the maximum by 1°C. Historical September averages around 27°C provide context, while current stable synoptic patterns and consistent short-range guidance limit upside potential beyond 30°C absent unexpected warming. Updated model runs and official observations closer to the date will refine resolution criteria.
