**Trader consensus has converged overwhelmingly on 68-69°F as the highest temperature recorded in Seattle on September 2, 2026, reflecting near-certainty in official observational data.** Persistent marine influence, south winds, and widespread rain suppressed daytime warming, with hourly readings and forecasts from NOAA and local stations consistently peaking in the upper 60s. This outcome aligns with below-normal conditions relative to the 1991–2020 September 2 average high of approximately 74°F. The market-implied odds rest on verified measurements from primary stations such as Seattle-Tacoma International Airport rather than models or projections. Only an unexpected post-event data revision from the National Weather Service could realistically alter resolution, though such corrections are rare for daily maximum temperature records.
