The 2027 San Luis Potosí gubernatorial race remains fluid more than ten months before candidate registration, with trader pricing reflecting fragmented early positioning among potential nominees from PVEM, Morena, PAN, and allied parties. Incumbent Ricardo Gallardo’s term ends without reelection, and signals around possible successors—including reported interest from figures tied to the current administration—have not yet consolidated support. Verónica Rodríguez Hernández (PAN) holds the narrowest lead in implied probability amid discussions of opposition coordination, while several other names sit in a tight cluster as parties weigh coalitions and primary dynamics. Scheduled events such as internal party selections and any formal alliance announcements before the March 2027 filing window could shift the field, keeping the market evenly balanced until clearer frontrunners emerge.
