Recent forecast consensus from meteorological models points to a high near 27–28°C in Busan on September 4, driven by persistent northeasterly flow advecting cooler maritime air and moderate-to-strong winds (15–20+ mph) that enhance mixing and limit surface heating. Partly cloudy skies with a modest chance of drizzle further cap daytime maxima, consistent with early-September climatology where highs typically decline from late-summer peaks. Trader emphasis on 28–29°C outcomes reflects model spread around boundary-layer details and the precise timing of any clearing, while lower probabilities for 30°C+ acknowledge the cooling influence of the current regime. Updated model runs and official agency guidance over the next 48 hours will refine these variables ahead of market resolution.
