Weak high pressure and residual monsoon moisture limit further warming while supporting convective cooling, keeping 94–95°F a close second. Normal highs near 88°F provide context for the elevated but not extreme outlook, with traders weighting ensemble consensus and surface observations that resolve by evening on August 11.
