Current forecasts from multiple meteorological sources, including the Turkish State Meteorological Service and international models, project a minimum temperature near 16°C in Ankara on September 3 under stable high-pressure conditions, clear skies, and light northeasterly winds that promote radiative nighttime cooling. This aligns with early-September climatology, where average lows hover around 15–17°C amid typical seasonal transition patterns. Model consensus shows limited spread, with no incoming fronts, significant moisture, or anomalous circulation expected to drive deviations. Trader emphasis on the 14°C-or-below outcome at 50.5% implied probability likely incorporates historical variability and potential forecast revisions, while warmer buckets such as 24°C-or-higher at 29.5% reflect lower assessed likelihood given the stable guidance. Updated ensemble runs and official briefings in the next 48 hours represent the key near-term data points that could shift positioning.
