Recent forecasts from agencies including the Finnish Meteorological Institute and Met Office indicate a maximum temperature near 18°C in Helsinki on September 3, driven by southwesterly flow, moderate cloud cover, and a modest chance of showers that limit daytime heating. Ensemble model runs show tight clustering around 17–19°C, consistent with the seasonal climatological average high of 17.7°C, while slight differences in boundary-layer moisture or wind gusts could tip the daily peak by 1°C. Trader consensus, reflected in the near-even odds between 18°C and 19°C, incorporates this narrow uncertainty range ahead of final observational data from Helsinki stations.
