Recent National Weather Service and private forecast models indicate a low near 68°F in Central Park on September 11, driven by northwest winds and partial clearing behind a frontal passage that limits overnight radiative cooling. This consensus supports the market's close split between the 68-69°F and 70-71°F outcomes, with minor variations in timing of any showers or boundary-layer mixing creating the observed uncertainty. Historical September 11 lows average around 63°F, so current guidance reflects above-normal overnight temperatures amid a warm early-September pattern. Updated model runs and National Weather Service briefings over the next 48 hours will likely refine the exact minimum.
