Recent capital-structure shifts—including the first BTC sales since 2022, a $1 billion share repurchase authorization, higher preferred dividends, and new digital credit frameworks—aim to stabilize funding and support the stock while Bitcoin trades under pressure. Analysts have sharply cut 12-month targets (many now $130–$260) yet retain mostly Buy ratings, reflecting debate over whether monetization buys time for crypto recovery or signals strain. The week of July 6 features potential volatility from BTC moves, earnings context, and any further treasury activity.
