This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Incheon Intl Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 6 Sep '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=rksi If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source. In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.**Recent forecasts from multiple sources, including the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models, indicate a high near 28–29°C for Seoul and Incheon on September 6 under clear skies and moderate northeast winds.** This consensus drives the market’s strong tilt toward 29°C (55.5% implied probability), with 28°C and 30°C as secondary outcomes reflecting minor model or station variations. Early September 2026 has featured above-average warmth and dry conditions across the Korean Peninsula, with recent daily maxima in the 29–31°C range before a slight cooling trend. Persistent high pressure, low humidity, and light-to-moderate winds favor efficient daytime heating without cloud cover or precipitation to suppress temperatures. Official stations (Incheon International Airport and Seoul) typically record values close to these guidance maxima, though urban effects and exact timing of peak heating introduce small uncertainty. Historical climatology for early September shows average highs around 27–28°C, but the current pattern supports readings at or slightly above that baseline. With resolution imminent, traders are weighting the tight clustering of 28–30°C forecasts; any last-minute model shift or observed deviation at the primary reporting station could adjust the 29°C lead.
