Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological services indicate a daily high of 28–29°C for Wuhan on September 3, driven by a transitional pattern of morning showers turning to partial clearing under northeast winds of 3–5 m/s, with moderate humidity near 60%. This aligns with the seasonal decline from peak summer values, where early-September averages historically range 28–31°C. A developing strong El Niño episode supports broader warmth across eastern China but exerts limited influence on this specific 48-hour window. Model consensus shows modest day-to-day variability tied to cloud cover and precipitation timing, leaving the precise maximum sensitive to small forecast adjustments ahead of resolution.
