IAEA verification reports confirm Iran's stockpile has grown to over 11 tons, far exceeding JCPOA limits, heightening diplomatic pressures amid sanctions and regional tensions. Mediated talks through Oman continue without breakthroughs, as both sides exchange proposals on enrichment caps, inspections, and reparations. Key upcoming rounds could clarify timelines for any stockpile handover, though historical patterns suggest prolonged haggling before concessions.
