Current National Weather Service and private model consensus projects a Dallas high near 100°F on September 9 under sunny skies, light southerly flow, and continued high pressure, with negligible precipitation risk and heat indices near 105°F. This places the outcome squarely in the market-leading 100-101°F bin while keeping 98-99°F and 102-103°F as secondary possibilities given typical forecast uncertainty ranges of a few degrees. The reading would sit well above the 1991-2020 average high of 91.5°F amid an ongoing multi-day heat episode with readings already at or above 100°F. Stable atmospheric conditions and minimal model spread support the current trader weighting ahead of final pre-event updates.
