Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources indicate a high of 16–18°C in São Paulo on September 14, 2026, driven by persistent cloud cover, widespread rain, and southeasterly flow advecting cooler maritime air. This setup suppresses daytime warming below the September climatological average of roughly 23°C, with model consensus showing limited insolation and evaporative cooling from precipitation. Current observations of overcast skies and steady rainfall on September 13 reinforce expectations for modest afternoon temperatures, positioning 17°C as the market favorite while keeping probabilities for 19°C or higher low absent any rapid clearing. Updated model runs and official briefings near resolution will determine final confirmation.
