Current forecasts from GFS and other models indicate a high of 26–27°C in Paris on September 13 under high pressure near 1021 hPa, light westerly winds, and partly to mostly cloudy skies with minimal precipitation. This setup favors afternoon heating without strong mixing or cloud suppression, placing the expected maximum near the seasonal norm adjusted for recent warmth. The market’s heavy weighting toward 25–27°C (over 85% combined) aligns with this model consensus and the absence of major forecast shifts in the past 24–48 hours. Historical averages for the date hover near 22°C, underscoring how the current pattern supports above-normal readings while limiting upside risk from stronger ridging or downside from increased cloudiness. Updated model runs and observational trends through early afternoon will refine the precise peak.
